East Harbour (Section 1), East Harbour Siding

Section 1 is the original platted core of East Harbour nearest Morse Reservoir and the only portion governed by formal HOA Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, so exterior changes need to line up with those standards. Custom homes here largely date to the late 1970s through 1990s, meaning much of the original siding, trim, and flashing is well past its prime and shows fading, warping, and lap separation from decades of shoreline wind and sun exposure.
